Men's amber and sterling silver ring. Three faceted amber pieces are vertically channel set. Mid century modern style. Ring has been lightly polished. 

Ring size: 8; Ring face: .75" x .50"

Condition: Minor wear on silver commensurate with age. There is a dark coating on the back of one of the pieces of amber. You can see it in the final photo, bottom stone.

Mens 14K Gold Coin Ring, Mexican Dos Pesos, Size 8

Beautiful men's gold coin ring in 14K gold setting. Coin is a dos pesos (2 peso) from Mexico dated 1945. 14K setting is a handsome textured band. Comes in original ring box from Wetzel's Jewelry in Wichita, Kansas.

From Wikipedia: The 2 Pesos or Dos Pesos gold coin was produced in Mexico between 1919-1948. The Dos Pesos contains .0482 troy ounces of .900 fine gold, and measures 13 mm in diameter. Obverse side displays the Coat of arms of Mexico depicting a Mexican golden eagle perched on a prickly pear cactus devouring a snake. The reverse side includes the denomination surrounded by a garland wreath. Production began in 1919 with a mintage of 1,670,000 coins and continued briefly through 1920. Production resumed in 1944 and continued through 1948, although no 1948 dated specimens are known. During 1951-1972 a total of 4,590,493 pieces were restruck, most likely dated 1945.
